Chiron Holdings is pleased to announce the successful completed purchase of Micro Instrument Company (MIC) and Reliability Test Products of Xpeqt, including all intellectual property arising out of or relating to all products manufactured by both MIC and Xpeqt, the “Micro Instrument Co” Trademark and Patents. This purchase was completed in June 2002 and July 2003 respectively. The product’s name from Xpeqt has been changed to XACT to reflect the high specification measurement solution presented after the acquisition.

Subsidiary, Chiron Technology Pte Ltd started in 1994 as an equipment manufacturer catering to Quality and Reliability Assurance applications as well as Failure Analysis. 

Another subsidiary, Chiron SemiLab Pte Ltd was established in late 2001. The mission of Chiron SemiLab is to offer a complete reliability test service. This includes both wafer and package level reliability testing.
