Mr. Tim, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Timothy Turner is a well known authority on Semiconductor Reliability Testing with almost 30 years of experience in this field. He has published over 60 technical articles in this area and has lectured on these topics through the extension centers of UCLA and UC Berkeley.

Mr. Turner has been associated with Mostek Corporation, ST and Keithley Instruments. He also ran Turner Engineering Technology, a company that provided semiconductor reliability testing services and provided Wafer Level Reliability Test Structure Designs. Mr. Turner is best known for his innovative designs for his lectures on Statistical Reliability Control techniques, innovative reliability test structure designs and pioneering work with Metal Stress Migration.
