The product range includes the Automatic Curve Tracer, Emission Microscope, Intelligent Burn-In Systems and Burn-In Board Tester. After successfully purchased Micro Instrument Company (MIC) from USA and Reliability Test Product Group of Xpeqt from Europe, Chiron Technology expanded its product range into both Wafer and Package Level Reliability Test Solutions.
