Description

The ACTs is a customized system designed to automate the curve tracing procedure based on the user special testing requirements in order to improve the overall efficiency of IC failure analysis.

The system is available in two platforms, in a customize 19" rack for pin counts up to 2048. For Bench Top System, it support up to 512 pin counts.

The sytem is capable of supporting up to 2048 pins count. It also support the full range of test sockets available in the market.

Features

Hardware customization. Direct interface to any existing Source Measuring Unit(SMU) or customized fixture unit to suit your own devices with ease.

Software customization to incorporate more Testing Methodologies for better variety of testing devices, or even to enhance the Graphical User Interface(GUI) for ease of system operation.

It performs Open/Short Test , All Points Comparison and comparison against Known-Good-Device, KGD.
