Chiron Flexi+ is designed to facilitate ease of use for any test engineers who owns
a Keithley 24XX series SMU. This software allows user to set up any test recipe
with a click on the PC, instead of the conventional way of setting up on the instrument
itself. Beside performing the basic IV test, the software can bring you
lots more surprises to suit your daily test application needs. Please see below
