      This oven will also replace our existing large footprint ovens.

      Chiron Technology is pleased to announce the successful development of a new HCI/NBTI system (XACT-830A) based on the XACT system.
      The system is capable of doing package level reliability "fast-NBTI" test and On-The-Fly (OTF) test with a capacity of 48 DUTs per system.Currently we are on development of the Wafer Level system based on the XACT-830A.
      We are pleased to announce that we have sold the system to one of the world's renowned foundries.
